With the integration of the software of Simplicate and Payt it is possible to automatically transfer the invoices sent from Simplicate to Payt. Payt then takes over the debtor management and starts a (pre) collection process if necessary. In Payt you simply set once how many weeks you want to send automated reminders. The link with your bank automatically checks whether the payment has been made within the specified payment term. And if not, Payt will send the reminders you have set. After your customer has received his invoice from Simplicate, Payt automatically (and on your behalf) ensures a tight follow up, so that in most cases you will have your money within a few days. Simplicate keeps track of the payment status and Payt does the rest. In addition, you may keep the collection costs charged to your customer yourself. So a lot of work is taken off your hands automatically. And: you can easily communicate with customers about (outstanding) invoices via an online file to which both you and the customer can log in and respond. Very pleasant!
