One of Visma’s cloud solutions is AccountView. By linking Payt to AccountView (from version 9.4a), you can continuously monitor the status of an invoice in AccountView.
With AccountView software you can easily send invoices and reminders to your customers. Accountview is a product that is driven by innovation and technology and the transfer of unpaid invoices to an automated collection platform is therefore a logical addition to AccountView. A smart link between the two platforms makes it possible to automatically track your invoices.
You remain in full control of the debtor process. In AccountView you can see exactly which invoices you have forwarded to Payt. You can also follow the status of the current invoices closely via the Payt online platform. In addition, it is possible to update the balances of outstanding items from AccountView in Payt, so that you always have an overview of the most current information.
